In his presidential address, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rab underscored the role of cultural exchange in fostering mutual understanding, academic excellence, and international cooperation.

The ceremony concluded with an interactive “Activity Experience” session, where participants engaged in traditional cultural practices such as Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting, opera mask painting, tea art, and traditional games, offering an immersive cultural experience.
